Huge Shout out for Duckworth Parts in the UK

Just before Christmas I purchased an IID tool from Duckworth Parts in the UK.

As Murphy's law would have it... the Christmas postal gods got involved and a little over a month after ordered it..it had not arrived..... not good

I contacted Duckworths to see if we could track it... at which point they realised that it had not been sent via their normal service to Australia.... hence the delay and making tracking very hard.

To my utter astonishment, without hesitation - they offered to send me another one by express that I should have in 7 days and confirmed the following day it had been sent!

If only every business offered that kind of service.. the world would be a better place.

As it turns out... 3 days later the first one has turned up - so I'll be shipping the replacement straight back to them when it arrives. (Unless someone local wants one at 345 Pounds...which obviously would go back to them.)

I just wanted to highlight to everyone what a great business they are to deal with.... I'll certainly go back.

    Pete,

If nothing else, the money buys some piece of mind knowing I can read and reset codes if needed thousands of Kms from a dealer.

Have to agree Mark. I found Dan at Duckworth Parts a pleasure to deal with. A couple of e-mails and a quick telephone call to arrange payment, and my IID Tool was here a few days later.
    Cheers .........

I'll second that. Had a similar issue with a faulty part they supplied. Immediately sent out another, no questions asked. When the replacement went missing it too was replaced without hesitation.

Dan has also helped me track down some more obscure parts. Very good to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to use again.

    Cheers,
    Jon
