    Joolca hot water system

Head over to myswag there is a very long running thread with a swagger discount.

I had one in the camper I just sold......

Couldn't fault the unit, we would have a min five showers per day for seven day when camping up the beach.

Only hic up was the shower head, was replaced under warranty but we continued using the original shower-head and the new was a spare in the trailer....shower head can be difficult to operate depending on the pressure your pump produces.

I would buy another if/when the need arose.

Just started reading the thread on MySwag. Seems like these units are the go! A simple effective hot water system! Looks like I've found the system for the truck build!

Oh, don't forget to carry spare batteries......it would be better if the unit was 12v. When I did the handover of the trailer the batteries were dead, luckily I had spares

I bought one last year. Other than sheltering it from strong winds which blow the pilot light out I can't fault it.

    Cheers

    No storage....

Camped on teewah beach, 5 x jerry cans which we filled at freshwater everyday as we drove past....would normally used at least four jerries, five when the girls washed there hair.

did the same on Moreton, had a 70L water tank on top of the defender which we filled every day but limited shower time.
