Not just the oil changes, 48,000 litres of oil! Imagine the length of the dipstick.
It's half a litre down and you have to top it up, then go through the whole exercise again.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

    Napier Deltic..

Not huge, but still big, and certainly 'different'.. Here's the Napier Deltic Diesel, found in lots of old British loco's. 3 cranks, 3 super chargers, and a very unique sound.

Anyone who has the chance to visit the Sinsheim museum should not miss it - I can guarantee it is well worth the visit and you will not see anything to match it anywhere else in the world. There is also another similar museum not far away (about 45km) at Speyer. The Mercedes Benz and Porsche museums at Stuttgart (about 80km south of Sinsheim) are also worth seeing if in the area. I was based at Goppingen (about 30km out of Stuttgart) for a couple of weeks on training courses a while back, and managed to get in quite a bit of sight seeing on the weekends.
    Cheers .........
