A brilliant WWII video set in the present about the past

This is a brilliant video, but not sure it should be here or in the Flight section.

It’s both a WWII history video and but is in part about a US airman Spitfire crash landing, then and now.

The guy’s landing gear “got stuck” but wait till you find out why it “got Stuck”

Great stuff. My Dad was RAAF in WWII. It wasn't easy to get stories out of him.

I like the way the yank didn't try to make out the lightning was any good for the job and simply stated the Spitfire was better.

When your arse has been lit up as much as his would have been, you tend to let go of the BS lever.

Great story and great men who flew unarmed to get that footage.
