    At your local Hardware???/

I saw this on Dash cam owners Australia today. This is actually more common than you think when you visit places like Bunnings etc. Worrying.

Or curve in a road with a bit of camber. EEEEK
What also worries me he looks like a tradie and not a weekend warrior so should know better. OH&S and common sense mustn't be his forte.

I saw a tradie the other day who had 2 sheets of plaster board on racks of ute & had lost one into windscreen of folowing vehicle.. windscreen was pushed in about 100 to 150mm, think the driver would have has more than the glass mess to clean up.

The hardware store that loaded that trailer are also responsible if there's an accident - we have it drilled into us at work about loading trailers - both small and large - to ensure not only is the trailer suitable for the load but also the towing vehicle can safely tow it and is legally loaded.

If in doubt or the load is unsafe, we will send the customer away.

    TAssie LAw

    Here in Tassie,
all places now have a load chart in the wall from Government Department.

Its quite detailed, they won't do anything outside whats on it.
