If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

And of course it's entirely possible that the shot was taken with the express purpose of razzing up some old farts on the internet. Without any means of identifying the shop or the vehicle owner it's likely to be just taking the urine.

It is known as "Chain Of Responsibility" (COR)

If my truck is illegally loaded and I have an incident this is the list of people who can be prosecuted.

The company who are loading the freight.
The person who loads my truck.
    Me.
The person/ company who has ordered the freight.
And any one else involved in the consignment.

Having said this, I was recently reading a trucking magazine where there was a story on COR
and they said that as yet there has not been such a prosecution, despite the laws being around for many years now.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

I've been on logging roads in the Snowy mountains NSW , and having a normally loaded log truck thundering down a narrow steep down hill road is pretty scary at the best of times, but If approached by something like that, you would cack yourself me thinks.
