I sure would ... and I could do with a spot to store a 130, a No 5 trailer and various spares too ... keep getting told the yard looks like a tip.

I was thinking we could operate an undercover caravan/boat storage business to help pay for the electricity/rates etc.

In that case, 1.54 Acres isn't going to be 'enough'.

With the closure of Hazelwood, could be up for sale soon?
plenty of heating in there for cold Victorian warm too.
plenty of scrappable metal for bits required to seal up rusted floors and pillars and so on.
Excellent supply of electrical power to recharge dying batteries .. etc. etc.

we may need a few more than 100 members at 10K ea if if does come up for sale tho.

I'm sure we could put a ATCO hut in for the spouses to use for Art n Craft or a café while partners tinker in the shed.
Of course being on the east of Melbourne those over there may have to step up and run it
Absolutely right on the Atco Hut,,,

Someone needs to be making Tea and Scones whilst we muse, ahh I mean work on our pride and joys

I'll just run 🏃 over here a littler way so as not to get hit
