Very interesting thnx. Looks like the basic way of forming many shapes in metal hasn't changed much except that much of it is now controlled by button pressing instead of manually.
Interesting to see the way they did the roofing/wall sheets as I worked for a company who put the steel through a rolling machine and then it was cut to length after the forming as opposed to the length being cut first as in the film.
Different method but same result.

We use a English wheel here...very old fashioned but works a treat..Shrinkers and stretchers work equally as well.

That is some pretty thick steel they are rolling - looks at least 1inch thick
