    Driver for screw - what head type is this

    Never seen this type before.....couldn't find one at bunnings.

    What type of head is it called, and can you buy them

    Pretty rare - but google "triangle head screws".

    You can buy screwdriver sets for them ................. but I haven't seen them in Australia.

    Trilob, Tri-Lob etc. a.k.a. TP3
    Bought some from ebay, - also a tool supplier as I suddenly needed them "yesterday".. Designed to make it very difficult to use a flat bladed screwdriver...

    I bought mine to remove Security Screens on a house cleaning. Not expensive.

    Looks as if it's based on a Reuleaux triangle.....
