Have they got a dremel? cut the slot on head and use a flat head screwdriver if they are in a hurry.

Funny you should post that because only yesterday we were pulling a jammed security gate lock apart at Springwood and it had two of these things. We went to a locksmith on the corner of Kingston Road and June Street who described them as a tri-lobe head and said they were used for extra security. He sold us a new lock and sent us to Trade Tools at the nearby service road roundabout to get a tri-lobe head to undo them. Trade Tools had both short and long heads. Cost $3. Went home and one of them screwed straight out, but the other was rusted and we ended up reefing it off by shoving a fat screwdriver behind the lock. So, if Bunnings is no good send them to a store like Trade Tools.
