Sydney-Adelaide-Sydney trip contacts
I'm going to Adelaide this weekend (ATM) to pick up my latest project.
While I'm not anticipating any problems, I thought it might be an idea to get a couple of contacts along the way just in case something does happen.
I chewed up a front universal on Aces last BBQ weekend so I'm doing the rear one today & changing the oils. There's nothing else that needs doing as far as I know but I'll be carrying the usual spares anyway. The car trailer should be OK & I'm carrying 3 spares for that.
I'll be travelling down the Hume to Gundagai, through Wagga Wagga & Hay before turning off just before Balranald to go into Victoria. Then I'll go through Ouyen & Tailem Bend then heading across to Milang which is around 70km SE of Adelaide.
I'm not sure which days I'll be travelling at the moment, I still have to arrange that with the seller.

In a roundabout way - yes.....sort of  .
My Mum's from Liverpool UK, and I live in Liverpool NSW so there's a "connection" there somehow

Done Perth - will be back in 2007,
Haven't done Darwin - maybe I'll turn right at Adelaide & take the long way home

I'll be OK; I am driving a British car after all.

I would say my Mum has been out around 42 years. She's from Maghull (just north of Liverpool).
