I've made a few successful plastic repairs using this stuff.
It comes with both black and grey reinforcing/filling powder.

You may want to think about this. Any work done on my vehicle, I go over it closely. Any thing out of order, I question it. You go to the shamed business [ and I recently read on this part of the forum we never name and shame] and say to them 4,000 km's ago they made a mistake, they would be perfectly within their rights to deny responsibility. You may be lucky, they might not want adverse publicity. As I said, good luck.

I can only try, I will post the results of what occurs on Monday.
From looking at the damage sustained to the assembly it is obvious that the impact came from underneath and the only time that this could have happened is when the bar was being fitted So it is pretty irrelevant the amount of K's travelled.
I forgot to add that where the inner mounting is broken the screw and the broken part of the mounting is missing.
IF I had busted this on My Watch then the screw and the part of the mounting would still be there.

I have decided to fix this myself as the expected hassle's at ??????? to get this repaired is probably not worth the effort![]()
I have managed to refit the outer Lug using some Araldite and it looks to be OK and should do the job.

I am not sure what to do here as the small "L" bracket that goes from the back of the grill to the assembly is missing along with both retaining screws and where it fits onto the assembly is pretty much Buggered.
I have located a new screw to fit into the back of the grill part and I will head into Wyatt's tomorrow and see if they have a replacement "L" bracket for me.
I am thinking that I could glue the "L" bracket to the light assembly as screwing it together is out of the question as there isn't enough "Meat" left there to do the job and then screw the other end onto the back of the grill.
Hopefully this will fix this.

I hope you intend to let the installer know about the poor workmanship and lack of honesty.
The principal probably knows nothing of the damage and will not have been told by the ham-fisted fitter.
This sort of service can wreck a business very quickly, the owner should appreciate you bringing it to his attention.
