Back in the mid 90's everyone with a disco offloaded their steel rims for alloys so i got mine for $30 each, i should have bought more as a tyre seller near a l/r dealer had 100 rims out the back !

I have to agree, that price is ridiculous, but so are a lot of other parts prices, and not just Landrover.
i think you will find its only on a 130 that the rims need to be stronger

my insurance company wont cover mine if i was to run the 110 extreme alloys
as they aren't load rated for a 130

    Hey Kelvin,

Have you tried British Off Road or our sponsor from Tassie British 4WD, I remember buying the whole 10(2 sets of tyres) for my second defender for about $150 total, but I did have inside information back then

As others have said most dealers had that big a pile out the back of the workshop they were actually dumping a lot of them 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O
