Great Performer R.I.P.
My favorites would be, By Time I Get To Phoenix, & Witchita Linesman.
Pickles.
Passed away aged 81, he was performing to the end despite suffering from alzheimers.

I liked Rhinestone Cowboy when it first came out and one or two of his other records. But after hearing him non stop over the sound system of a motel I used to stay at frequently in country Victoria, I can't stand the sound of him.
But he gave a lot pleasure to many over many years and that's what it's all about.

Country music star Glen Campbell has died at 81. Most of his best stuff was written by Jimmy Webb, but Glen was still a legend. Vale.

Quite sad, but expectedish. If you get a chance the doco about his last tour and changes due to al. is a good watch from various perspectives.
Thought I would bring this Thread forward to show some of Glen Campbell's earlier guitar work, playing the "William Tell Overture", good stuff.
Glen Campbell - William Tell Overture (smokin' instrumental) - YouTube
He certainly could play.
