Thread: Another great day in store...

Yesterday evening in this neck of the woods a music festival kicked off. It consists of bands local and not so local, giving their time free. It has been organised to raise funds for domestic abuse advice service.
Things got off to a great start when the drum stool could not be found. Improvisation solved the problem. A small wooded stool from a local bar topped off with a child booster seat from a car got things rolling, until the real drum stool was located.
As usual the event was badly supported, it rained so we got to see the lights early owing to the dark sky. Summer time festival and I attended in a wooly hat and a Swazi coat. Great time had by any who attended.
Kicks off again today at 2.00pm until very late tonight or very early tomorrow. Bang on cue the wind and rain has started..it's shaping up to be another great outdoor musical day.
