This May be the case But I highly doubt that the Old Farts are breaking into peoples houses/businesses and assaulting people to fund their "Indulgences" and before I get harangued for using the term "Old Fart" I happen to be one of them

It is why we persist in going to stupefying jobs day after day. Maybe if the numbers add up , I will move to a p,ace where this is legal , one day.

I went to Nimbin for 3 weeks 3-4 years ago and had a great time, Awesome countryside and the locals were Great.
I don't "Do" drugs But I have been known to have an ale or two and the Pub at Nimbin is a fantastic little boozer with a beer garden out the back on stilts about 20-30 foot off the ground.
I spent at least every second day at the Pub
I was there one Friday night and the place was packed to the rafters because they had a live band playing and even though most of the patrons were pretty well liquored/bonged up there wasn't any Blues or altercations of any kind.
There were plenty of people ( Mainly young people) openly smoking their supersized joints and these people certainly didn't cause any problems either.

I found the people at Nimbin to be a really friendly Mob and they could have easily been mistaken for Territorians due to their laid back and friendly disposition
The local Bakery also makes a Mean pie as well
