    Hypothetical new LR

Right , been a few months since the D 2 was farewelled, and I now either walk or drive a Econo hatch. Been thinking how I would like the best of my old D 1 and 2. And maybe even something else. I did like the central locking system of the D1 best , its door handles and the rear door lock , but the extra rear cargo area of the D2 and the better seals around the windows , and sound proofing. But I would like to have a removable and or canvas covered cargo area , sort of like an old bronco. Powered by a fresh and updated tdi and through a nice smooth six speed gear box. Ah well I dream and look at all the LR s on the the road as I drive my work ute and think , next weeks lotto will get me that.
    It will happen one day.

Sounds like you need a puma 90 Panelvan, or a NAS 90 v8 with a soft top

They do look good , but the old tdi did suit me fine. If it was oil based it burnt , ni computer interference. A hundred inch ninety ?
I forgot , front quarter windows would be a bonus.

If you won lotto Trog, you'd go out and by a flash iPhone compatable tune-maker, then build the car around it.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
