One of the departing employees from where I slave posted a review on a job website and Facebook. Neither of which received favourable comment from the boss , and as a result there is always a question of what social media names are used , to keep an eye on who says what. Too many of the fools not only use their own name but include a photo of themselves.

Not completely foolish.. If people aren’t willing to make statements under their ID then they likely shouldn’t make the comment at all.

It’s when hiding their ID and making public comment that they become brazen and stupid...

That old phrase “If you don’t have something good to say; don’t say anything at all.”

I agree on the point where if you are making a critical statement , it should backed up by fact and then who you are. It is the faceless attacks not based on facts that seem to backfire or selfies at the beach after calling in sick 😷

When I did security clearances for a certain government agency, one of the things I routinely did was check peoples facebook and other social media accounts.

The stupidity is high with people.

They tell me "I don't drink at all". Then I look on their FB and they have posted pics of themselves absolutely ****faced.
Or saying they've never taken drugs, but with lots of posts clearly implicating them in drug use
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".
