The funniest thing to see birds do at a CBH site, is get a good gutful of seed and then try to fly... A heap of pink n greys and correllas got stuck into a pile of sweepings at a bin, we where parked for the day, and these birds where so full they couldnt take off at all... Some tried but they came down just as quick...

We all reconned they would have gut aches, but no, they did the same next day...

And the winner is... the magpie.
    Understandable, but not my choice.

Fans of the Ibis 'bin chicken' are not amused.

some media outlets were promoting the bin chicken as a bit of a stir therefore listeners more than likely logged on and voted in the hope it got up for giggles.

The radio hosts did change to the magpie.....although the magpie polled well last year i believe

Parrots were divided into various breeds, but if they had all just been counted as parrots they would have won easily.
I voted for galahs because they're fun - like the terrorists of the bird world, I think.
