Having recently been through the WOVR process, I wouldn't reccomend it for such a low value vehicle.
Unless the vehicle has a high sentimental value or the owner is a glutton and enjoys that sort of thing

Personally I would buy another D1 and use the wreck as spare parts, That a heap of spares for only $400 [thumbsupbig]
Yes, have done this myself - doable, but they deliberately make you jump through a lot of hoops. Ok if you really want the vehicle back on the road, but if you can transfer all the good bits to something else, then easier to let it go.Quote:
