2009 Disco paid for by the insurance pay out now in my garage. Nice drive to Ballarat, with Freeways, Urban roads, Gravel Roads, Inner city and more enjoyed by a bloody L plater for its first outing. Did get a cuddle and thanks before I changed my pants post longest trip when I was not driving for about 35 years! Still shaking my head at the fact I was not driving.

Is my new almost Ganster version compared to my last Disc It could be Melbounres Black Black Black but my pencity to Run Ride and swim and total lack of hair makes it highly unlikely any sense of fashion icon will survive me
driving it. I did chuckle at the number of people admiring the car and driver when it was not me Driving

Kids laughed when I found it has TV in the Dash when stopped!!! Mrs ND thinks it is great compared to my prior one. What TV for was my thoughts! All a bit la de da for me. I have five MTs in 17 inch rims to put on and other slavaged kit for some mountains and rivers to bring it back to my orgional reason for buying a Disco.

First world issue resolved. Not sure if I hang on to my micro scooter. It is a hoot to get arround on.

My gold baby came home today to pickup a jack, log books, brake controler and a few other bits. Nice gent who brought her gave me the roof rack mounting brackets. Looking at the 2005 over my now 2009 version was sad and strange +++

Driver said the car was the nicest he has driven.

I miss my Disco. Bloody hail!

6k was the price paid at the auction. I stayed away- Honestly it was cheap. I miss the long rang tank, dual battery .............................. My new one is too pretty!

First world problem! Called a poor sod who was on the other side of the world today for an urgent medical matter for a child. He is cross as I could not do the impossible. I am shell shocked as I would if I could. Car and hail made me a little uncomfortable, Phone calls made me cry for the pain a dad is feeling 1000s of miles from his child. Watching babies from sub Zero to older kicks me when they are seriously ill. Even tougher to image the pain/stress mum and dad feel. **** I/we am lucky!
