Thread: Need help with vehicle spec

Trying to help my Mums partner find the spec of 4x4 he is after - which is quite particular and I’m struggling to find something suitable.

Requirements are:-

- 4x4 Extra cab prefered - NOT dual cab as he wants a tray long enough to sleep in.
- secondhand but only a few years old
- Japanese/Korean, not European.
- Base model MUST have wind up windows and manual locking (no idea why but it does)
- Cab chassis with alloy tray.
- Budget up $30 to $32K all up with Canopy but anything from $20K.

So, any ideas? I can’t seem to find anything with the basic features he is after. The Toyota Hilux Workmates I’ve found on line are only 4x2 - do the years do a 4x4 version in a single or extra cab?

Before anyone asks why to any of these questions, all you need to know is that he’s a crusty old fart that’s set in his ways, won’t take any form of feedback about what’s could be a better option, has his mind set on the above only, no correspondence will be entered into.... 😁
