I used to live in Drayton, just out of Toowoomba. When I ordered my .303 Army surplus rifle, I picked it up from Drayton Station & rode home with it across the handlebars of my bike!

I left Toowoomba in 1988.

PS I was back there a few weeks ago, hasn't changed much.
I went to the Da Vinci exhibition at the Cobb & Co Museum in Toowoomba this weekend, there was so much to see that we will have to go back some other time to see all the carriages, stage coaches, etc.
