Ready for a 7am start at the All-star Winterfest Cheer and Dance Championships, surrounded by beautiful students in sequins and makeup, so I'm definitely a fish out of water, at the indoor sports centre next to Metricon Stadium on the Gold Coast. Now, where's the coffee?

Not allowed to post pics of our students, but it's a public event so, to give you a taste, here's another group, with loud music, fake hair and sequins. It's all very - bright!
