    Flying Brisbane - Sydney this morning. Delays for all flights of about an hour due to problems at Sydney. Pilot came to boarding gate area to explain and take questions from passengers. Finished by saying go buy a cup of tea by the time you have drunk it we will be boarding

    In about 24hrs I will be airborne heading back across the Pacific to Sydney via Auckland from Houston, and eventually back home.

    Yes, let me in no issues. After my experience on the outbound trip, i asked for a wheelchair on the way back. Worth it! Especially the long walking sections, especially in Sydney from the arrival hall to the transit to the domestic terminal.

    Now back in Yass. Interestingly, on the way from my brother's place to the airport in Houston, we had some of the heaviest rain I have ever seen. And on the way from Canberra airport to Yass, we had about 10 minutes of similar rain.

    And today, picked up the County from the mechanic - guess what? The LH front window had been left open a centimetre where it was parked.

    How do you dry a seat cushion?
