I'm currently about 500kms SE of you, at Plitvice (Croatia). A few days ago we crossed the Krka River at Grad Otocec and it was a few meters higher than normal and flowing well. So I think the rain has been fairly widespread. No long boats for us though, we're driving.

Bit late for the Giro, but don't worry you didn't miss the Stelvio stage as they had to skip it due to bad road conditions, due to ice opening the cracks up I believe.

Stelvio Pass won't be open to through traffic for a few more weeks, the top section on the Trafoi side is still under a few meters of snow.

Very, very, foggy this morning. Everything dripping wet, and temperature just above freezing.

Came down for a grandchild's 19th birthday yesterday, back home tomorrow. Trip down had a lot of fog as well.
