    Very strange coincidence.

    There are 3 D4s including mine all white and living within about a 100 metres of each other and all have an alleyway (PAW in bureaucrap speak) beside the house. I live at the top of one alley and one of the others lives at the bottom of the same alley.
    Last night the 14th which as we all know was St Valentines Day at around 2215hrs our security picked up an intruder down the driveway and he left a bunch of flowers on the Ds bonnet against the windscreen.
    I didn't go out and check them 'til this morning and they weren't for the Cook or I so no secret admirer for either of us. I can understand that in the Cooks case but....
    Say no more or I'll be cooking my own meals for ever.
    Anyway, cook put them in some water and later I wandered down the alley and asked the lady there what her name was and it matched the short version of that on the love letter with the flowers, so she got them.
    That stopped me walking up the road and asking blondie who drives the other "D" her name..... pity that but she ignores my friendly waves anyway.

    I printed off a pic of the ladies "secret admirer" from my security system as she came along last night and put a thankyou note on the car for the roses...... I didn't want her or hubby to think I was him.
    The Cook doesn't get flowers because I'm too mean, so I ain't gonna go buying them for other ladies.

    Sounds like a case of mistaken identity, but if she is looking for possible suitors, she would do well to post a pic of the Landy she drives on this forum, ha, ha.

    Wrong lady apparently. She just knocked on the door and said she hasn't the faintest idea who the bloke in the pics is! So that means they should go to blondie up the road who doesn't return my friendly waves......
    To punish her for being so awful to me I've told the other lady to enjoy the red roses blondie should have got......
    That'll teach her.
