Hi,
I've been trying to track down a small sample of agricultural foam marker for an experiment I'm working on at home (its not putting in a dishwasher or the local council fountain) but struggling to get a small enough amount - say 250ml.
The obvious question is can someone post me some (I don't know what its worth in small amounts but I'll pay for it + postage etc) or does anyone know where I can get some near the Inner West of Sydney - not exactly a farming mecca. Worst comes to worst I'll have to drive a couple of hours south or west to get some in a rural supplies outlet but even they seem to be a bit light on stock unless its a more broad acre kind of area.
Cheers,
Andrew

a couple of online options if you have no luck on here.
Try food dye .
i suspect you want to mark where weedspraying or marking out a shed etc ?
Well, I am a city boy these days not a horny handed son of the soil. Will someone tell me what foam marker is and what it is used for?
URSUSMAJOR
It is usually used on boom sprayers that are pulled by tractors. It marks the end of the boom so the tractor operator can see what parts of the paddock have been sprayed already to ensure they don't miss parts or overspray parts, both of which cost the farmer money.
The foam is designed to be clearly visible from the tractor, and is supposably biodegradable so no environmental impact.
It's pretty much a soapy solution with a dye added, although it is often just white too depending on the scenario.

They don't seem to use bullocks any more either, Brian.![]()
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
