    BIG thank you to blknight.aus

On Saturday at Cooma, my Series 1 decided that it didn't want to run ( part way through the motorkhana course). As per normal, when a Land Rover bonnet is lifted, there were many offers of assistance, which I happily accepted.
After many attempts to find the problem - over a couple of hours, Dave appeared through the bushes & without hesitation got stuck in diagnosing & rectifying the issue.

I want to publicly thank Dave for his knowledge & willingness to assist/educate those of us who know less than we like to admit about engines.

Without Dave's help, Larry (the Series 1) would have done the parade the next morning on the car trailer!

Typical Dave, can't help himself. Helps anyone else though, a great ambassador for the brand.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

Was this the work going on near the horse stables into the night, first dealing with a clutch and then a water leak? I wanted to stick my nose in and watch as I could tell a master was at work, but didn't want to get in the way. I was in the 130 over the road ... told you where the tap was.

No, mine was during the afternoon, but I believe that was Dave working his miracles there too.
