Well, winter has well and truly hit here.
It's been cold and wet for some weeks, now. Cold enough for you, Mario? It's going to get colder as we move from autumn into winter.
Spare a thought for the Queenslanders.

Mick it is 25 C. on my veranda at this moment (2.00 pm). It was 10 at 7.00 am this morning above the forecast of 8. Forecast is for the minimums to reach 12 by Friday. What was it in the frozen wastes of W. Vic?

It is 24 on my verandah at the moment (3pm) after an overnight miinimum of about 6. Pretty much the same for the last three weeks and for the next week if the forecast is right - perfect autumn weather. Or it would be if there had been any rain in the last two months! Getting very dusty, all the dams are getting very low, no feed, and those who've dry-sown are praying that it rains before it is too late!

Daily highs are hovering around fifteen here. Lows are about 5 to 7.
It will be a good weekend. We might crack eighteen.

I haven’t broken out the Winter kit yet, been in a tee shirt all day - even up at King Lake this arvo where it topped a barmy 12 degrees.

Hopefully it will cool down at some point.... Unseasonal weather we are having, wheres autumn?

Never. Don't need them. We don;t even own a room heater.

Flannies are worn by Logan Bogans, Housos, Victorians, and Ipswichians. Pommies and Pommielovers wear cardigans.
