    Tracks up Forster (NSW) way?

Hi all, since we’re going to be up this way for the next 6 months, we’d love to explore some interesting tracks. Can anyone fill me in on where we can go?
We work 10 days on and 4 days off so maybe there might be a few who’d like to join us and show us around.
We won’t be able to do anything now until 17th to 21st May as we need to scoot up to Brisbane to see my mum on our next break.
Looking forward to some repliesTracks up Forster (NSW) way?

The track down to McBride's beach near Forster is certainly interesting if you are game. Though I wouldn't attempt it with out a winch.
You can find a few videos of it on YouTube.
I've only been down once by myself a few years ago in a stock D1 with a winch. I needed the winch about four or five times on the way out.
    Be warned.
Once you start heading down you are committed.
But for something more relaxed, a drive up to Ellenborough falls one hour west of Taree on the Bulga plateau is nice drive and place to visit.

Just west is Coolongolook and Wang Wauk, south is Buladelah, north is Kiwarrak, north west Mount George, Tapin Tops and The Cells. There are tracks everywhere in those places.
