A much underrated and very quick car. As a young person who thought my 308 WB ute was a weapon (😣) i was unable to keep up with a 9000 2.3 manual turbo at one point. I chickened out at 165 as the leaf sprung ute had issues with changing directions... much later when i was actually beginning to work on Saab and Volvo etc i realised just how ridiculous the situation wouldve been😅😅. Even driven like that the 9000 wouldve been getting at worst15l/100 .. my ute? Probably 40l/100 as you can imagine a 740cfm quadrajet fully open.. but that glorious induction sound😍😍😍
