The ablutions block is going to classier than a donga. Maybe an old railway carriage or something just as interesting. Log cabin perhaps?

Lookup the free camping websites. If there is a free camp nearby (look at the free camping facebook group), you'll will likely find it very hard to rent a tent out. Is there any attractions nearby that would attract people..... Can shooters use your land for some shooting ? (that would get them in).

Inlaws have 40 acres - the agist almost all of it to their next door neighbour so grass is always short and little maintenance. [emoji106]. They get paid to sit back and watch other people’s cows roam around although you won’t get rich doing that it does take care of the land. In Vic you can shoot on 40 acres no dramas but if there are your neighbours cattle everywhere not a good idea. FIL does take the odd pot shot at sparrows with sub sonic 22’s but he’s a crap shot. [emoji16]
