Was surprised the accident happened at 9:30pm last night and was still closed at 5pm this arvo on our way back to town.

Even more interesting there we no sign posted detours or management at the road closed signs....lucky for us the local workers knew a way around.

Funny this was this afternoon one lane was opened and an oversized decided to take off and couldn’t fit through the one lane and blocked/closed the hi-way at the accident spot, they couldn’t back him up or turn him around.

Glad we took the dirt unsigned posted detour home.

I do feel for those involved in the accident including the emergency servicess.....as the outcome is not likely to be good.

Some truckies were taking a punt with their road trains on the dirt detour....other said they wouldn’t risk it.......

The truck rolled then a car from each direction crashed into the wreckage. So actually, three prangs at the same spot.
