Time to start saving for the gizmos you will need to keep it going...
What? A Nanocom? Could be in the family way again.

TD5 is a good little engine, its basic architecture is really robust, it just has that typical Land Rover build quality.
You can get a goodun, or, well.....

    Plastic coolant hoses? Really?

Mind you, I brought up the subject of a 130 with Julie the other day - didn't get very far, but maybe a thin little crack to insert a wedge into.
Exactly the same here with Helen but Ian may have supplied me with some ammo, even if rubber bullets!

Should be ok, I'm almost certain the lovely French girl is not part of the make over.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Your right there,it is a cracker of an engine, if serviced correctly, and filled with the correct fluids.

A bit of a tune helps it along as well.

Its all the gear bolted to the engine that causes the grief.

Oh,and if anyone wants a set of genuine LR D2 workshop manuals i have a set here collecting dust.....
