A few questions and a bit of digging (some kudos to google) seems to confirm that about 430 utes were produced (432 appears to be the official figure). This was determined by the number of shells available as the 4x4 utes were made well into the XA production.
There were some wagons (re)produced by Dealers by converting existing utes.
