I hate bunnings because this sort of stuff happens every day, people walking behind you when you reverse, they walk in front of you without looking , they never use indicatars so you are un aware of where they are going next. Its really a wonder why there are not serious accidents there. They ignore the stop signs just bad behavior once they enter the grounds.

It’s a known “issue” with EVs.

People are ingrained to use “noise” as per of their traffic sense - when you can’t hear the mechanical noise people assume nothings coming.

Was reported as a major increase in pedestrian impacts in shops in the USA. To the point they were even talking of having an audible output device fitted to protect pedestrians!

Awesome, thanks fellas . much easier than uploading to Youtube

The bloke didn't hear me because my Landy is Silent . I was directed to park there to get an exchange gas bottle.

Because of this known issue Im fitting an ESS One (R/C sound system) With a marine speaker . Of course I'll only use it in carparks

For herding sheeple you need a horn that makes a Kelpie barking sound when pressed.

Embrace the technology at hand. Get a small robot to guide you in while it waves a red flag. Perhaps some waving arms and a speaking with “danger “ like Robbie the robot ! Or a Dalek to exterminate dawdlers!
