[/b][/quote] Your on mate always up to handing out a whoopin  . I find the beasty is reasonable off the mark, but once it kicks into 3 through to 6 it really takes off. Will have some practice this arvo. Oh hang a tick Im driving the TDv6 upto brissie this arvo as my car is still in at servicing. Hmmm maybe later this arvo will get some practice in. I saw you on the list for Fraser the other day, are you coming. If so can have a burl then ,

Unfortunately I don’t think we will be going to Fraser.

It was a short notice idea for us in the first place and I just can’t get things sorted out in time.

I’ll know for sure by tomorrow but it’s not looking good.

    Cheers.

The guys at land Vehicle spares have a race Defender with a super charged 4.6 in it. From memory they said it pumps out around 500 horse power. Don't know what that converts to in Kw.
That was with only a small amount of boost and a little work on the heads. They were looking to up the boost and do more to the engine. At least that was the plan about 12 months ago.

If any of you guys come to the Maroon Dam SEQ gathering if it happens I'll take you on there. Disco95 500 HP is probably around the mid 300's in KW that sounds like a pretty moddes 4.6. I want one. Mind you it would probably mean replacing the entire drivetrain to cope with that kind of grunt. Then if I did that I wouldn't have to worry about these Range Rover wannabe's in their D3's. (I think I'm in trouble now).

I am sensible, I know Im not in my 20's anymore, yep yep, yeah but he started it  "

Oh ***** Stevo looks like I'll have to get the supercharger within the next month then(not likely i'll ever get one due to cost and the V8 having enough go as it is), but I think the p38 with a superior driver can handle a little 4.4 Disco queen.
