LATE MAIL?
I received my workcover insurance premium renewal online arealer in the month and took advantage of payong it immediately to get the discount. today I get a paper renewal form the insurer. so I check my bank records to make sure I did actually make the payment earlier this month ans it confirms that I did.
so I ring the insurer and they confirm the payment was made, then I asked why the premium amount on the paper copy was different to the online one. He had no answer, he asked what the issue date was on the paper copy , so I look and it's dated 2 July 2016.
So either this mail has been sent out by insurer 2 years late or it's been in the postal system last for the last 2 years.
I couldn't see a post date stamp on the envelope.

Anything to do with insurance it's "JUST ONE MOMENT WHILE I TRY TO FIND SOMETHING SO I CAN WIGGLE OUT OF GIVING YOU ANY COVER."

I would say it has been in AP dead letter office since 2016. I always get a paper copy for my bank card & I quite often receive it the day it is due or day after since AP said they were no longer working on weekends. I have asked bank to send earlier or give longer period to pay . There response was to receive statements by email or pay over due fee for being late. I told them neither was going to happen & if they charge me an over due fee there are plenty of other banks that will take my money. So I do neither when it arrives late
