It didn't go red from our vantage point, mearly eclipsed. I think the fog must have reflected too much light.

Keeping it simple is complicated.
6am, warm, clear and calm on the flanks of Mt Lofty. Didn't get up early enough to get the tripod and lenses set up, so took it with the zoom.
