    Right Oh, Brisbane.

So, I have finally got my crap together.
I will be driving for Brisbane, or there abouts, next week.
Leave Doomcity Sunday, 19, at sparrows, to be in Winton that night.
Winton to Roma on the Monday, then Brisbane on the Tuesday, arrive mid/late arvo.
Stay in Marooka, I will have to look up where, pick up camper Wednesday. Shop for camping stuff Wednesday arvo.

If I can't get all the camping stuff I need Wednesday arvo I will have to sort that Saturday, maybe in Toowoomba, because I would like to give the 3 boys a treat on Thursday. Maybe Movie World or something, maybe a Trampoline place in Brisbane? Don't know really, just some sort of treat.
None of the 3 really got a Birthday this year.

Then Friday get the hell out a Dodge & wind my way back to the warm weather at leisure, camping as required With the only proviso is I have to be at work by the end of month.

That's the plan barring all sorts of disasters that can befall a fella.

PS Wonder who I could possibly say hello to in the Brisbane area??

Sounds like an interesting trip home mate. Check out the new Waltzing Matilda centre at Winton if you haven't already done so and the Powerhouse museum at Longreach is well worth a look as well as the usuals like the Stockmans hall of fame and Qantas museum. Safe travels.
    Cheers......Brian

What camping kit are you after? There's a BCF and Tentworld, in close proximity, at Ipswich.

You might raise some departmental eyebrows if you take the boys to Dreamworld.
There's an ice-stating rink at Acacia Ridge, I reckon we could sell tickets, to watch three Doomadgee kids, skate for the first time.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

    That Skyzone looks good.
I think I will take the kids there, 1 is very talented on tramopines.

SWMBO reckoned the ice skatting would be a hoot.
I mentioned broken bones & stuff? She said Doomadgee kids are tough.
So I'm looking at the ice skatting & a trip to the hospital.

    Ian
I will send you a PM tomorrow to see if you will be about for a meal, beer, chat, what ever.
    Anybody else?

Bounce at Tingalpa is also good, and handy to Gateway.

I’ve taken the kids to ice skating at Boondall. Also good and fairly close to Gateway.

I’d be a possible for next weekend.
