I'll check later, I have to start it any way. Could the voltmeter be inacurate?

If it is not connected directly to the cranking battery, then yes. It can be as much as a volt in error in a 12v setup, so yours could easily be as much as 2 volts out.

I was a supporter of Andrews' videos when he was making documentary-type shows. Since he has gone "commercial" (for want of a better term), I am finding more content is about promoting the suppliers of his equipment, just like so many other shows around.
Sad, because a lot of his videography is second to none.
I have to say, though, that he gave ARB a (rightful) bagging about their TPM offering. Just a re-badged Chinese knock-off, and not one of the better ones, at that! Just add an ARB badge, and 900% markup - not a good look! Mind you, he wasn't supplied with it, he bought it.
On this subject, though, he seems to have bitten off way more than he can chew. He appears to have taken as gospel a lot of the typical mis-information that abounds in this particular area.

just means they were in talks and couldn't agree on a price.

I know someone that has toured with him (from aulro too), apparently he has no idea what he is doing and is on about. Quite the laughing stock

    A question for Traxide.

I've seen a few people saying that AGMs need at least 14.6v to charge fully and as alternators are usually a maximum of 14.4v this is harmful and a DC to DC is needed?

Since my D4 had two AGMs and they lasted quite well I'm sceptical but I did look up manufacturers specs for some AGMs and a voltage of 14.6 -14.8 was specified for deep cycle AGMs.
