Interestingly saw an ad on TV about how we used to be a sporting nation, we got out and played sport, and now we just sit around and watch sport and get fat. Virtually the ad was saying get off our arses.

like we were in the 60's and 70's when they ran the last get active advertising as tv became all consuming...

then they had to advertise the slip slop slap cause we were all getting burnt outdoors

Norm from 'Life be in it' was telling us the same thing in the 80's - nothing new about laziness, there's just more ways of doing it these days.

The silly thing is... you can't out-exercise a stupidly bad and dangerous diet.
