This is a strange request and as far from motoring as you could get, although both need a tune up occasionally.
I am trying to get information about an American Piano maker probably around late 1800's by the name of John Melrose. We have one of his pianos that we believe was shipped to Australia as deck cargo on a sailing ship around that time . I have been unable to find any information re the maker. If anyone has access to this could they please let me know. The piano is an upright one with the serial number of125727. Any help would be appreciated. Jim
