My mum sees a lot of disadvantaged kids (she's a physio) and has come across some classic names like La-a (pronounced Ladasha) and Abcde (pronounced Absidee). I have also heard of a Sadida (Adidas backwards) and and Yvonne (pronounced Why-von-eee).
