What sort of vehicle?
Did a panel van have a bulkhead? The station wagons didn't.
If you are cutting bulkheads, I suspect you will need engineering. Have a chat with an automotive engineer.

If done neatly I reckon nobody would ever know.

A bar that gives structural support when you remove the bulkhead between the cargo space and the passenger space.
The vehicle is a perentie. I’m trying to get a second row of seats in and engineering requirements are that you must have easy access to the seats.
By using a bulkhead removal bar I can open up the area between the front seats, hopefully complying with what is considered to be easy access.
Apparently these were OEM ones installed on NAS vehicles. I would not install the cubby box for clear access.
Is it needed at all?

I wonder if the surveys had the bulkhead. I looked at one but can't remember.
There is a fellow on the Perentie facebook page who put in rear seats. He didn't remove the bulkhead. I think, from memory, ingress and egress is an issue. I wonder how he got around this?
I’m a Facebook numpty and cannot work out how to copy the link. This guy left the bulkhead in place
