    Boigans are alive and well.

    This guy got busted on the Pacific Highway in Belmont NSW.

    Trailer Boat

    He got caught turning off the Pacific Highway to go down Evans Street to put his boat in at the local boat ramp on Lake Macquarie.
    He had no drivers licence so decided to use his mobility scooter to tow it down.

    Probably got pinched for not having the safety chain secured to the towing vehicle - an easy oversight on a short trip.

    I believe one is supposed to have a mobility issue to use a mobility scooter on the road.

    He did have a "Mobility Issue", he couldn't move his boat.
