Thread: Not been here much for the last week and a half.

I have only been on here at odd times since the 13th.

O the 14th, I took my grandkids (&3 dogs) back to Yass in the County, where I met up with my twin brother, who had arrived the previous day from his home in Houston, Texas.

On the 15th I drove to Wentworthville (Sydney)with my brother, staying at Ibis. That afternoon we drove round some of our old haunts.

16th, caught train to Cronulla, lunch with a cousin, then dinner with friends at Strathfield, and back to motel.

17th walked to our old primary school, at North Parramatta, where, by arrangement, we had a tour of the school, given by the two school captains. Then walked to Old Government House, where, at Lachlan's restaurant, we joined a reunion lunch, with our "Class of '58" from Parramatta High School, or at least with about 45 of them, plus the current Principal and two Captains from the school. It was a long lunch, followed by walking to the school, and a tour of the school with the current Deputy Principal. Then back to the motel.

18th, drove to Orange, where we stayed with a cousin, and were joined by another cousin for dinner.

19th, drove home.

20th, family get together for my brother, about 15 guests for lunch.

He will be here until Sunday 28th.

What a terrific Reunion you have had with your brother and school. Hmm 1958 was the year I was born. Cherish the moments with your brother and family John.
