Ace, you cant win. i'm lucky that i have not been in your shoes, wildlife yes, but pets no.

But as a kid we lost many a Moggy to the road.... I feel for those who do.

I feel for the dog but i couldnt care about the neighbor. From now on when i see the dog roaming the ranger will get a call. Matt

So the bottom line is you feel like crap for running into the dog, he doesn't care cause the dogs OK but tries to blame you.
