Which order do the cars proceed at intersection.

​I can not believe that such simple intersection could create so much confusion am amongst drivers in the same country regardless of state rules, common sense must rule
1. The blue ute is going straight ahead and does not need to indicate
2. The yellow vehicle turns he has no signs directing him and has to give way to the right (blue ute)
3. The red car is facing a give way sign which means give way too All traffic.
I thought that all road rule in this country are the same except for the odd situation where it is clearly signed Good example the 5 intersection in Melbourne where there are double tram lines

Your joking right? Look at the lines on the roads.

1 the blue Ute must indicate because he is crossing a dotted line onto another roadway

2 yellow gives way to no one because he's staying on the same road not crossing any lines, yes he's turning but he's turning with the road not onto another road

It's a bit of a trick picture really

Common sense it may well be, but I believe confusion reigns simply because all drivers are all not on the same wavelength & haven't a clue what the other drivers may do & it's too late when you are T boned or are the T boner.
